Bikini Competition Prep Coaching
Interested in doing a bikini competition? I can help you get stage ready. This will include a competition prep diet and training program along with all other aspects of competing such as posing, help with choosing the right show, suit and jewelry and coordinating hair and tanning and makeup for show day.

To help you reach your goals you can add a Nutritional Plan to any of the above at an additional cost. This will include a detailed Nutritional Plan, Vitamin/Supplement recommendations, and tips for grocery shopping, cooking and preparing food.

Online Program Options
available if you cannot meet me in person. I can provide you with a workout and diet routine to get you to your goals online. This can be extremely successful but does require some previous knowledge and experience with basic exercises and proper form.
